![]() Someone suggested there's been a history of Wacom drivers causing the issue which is what got me started investigating my tablet software. In addition, months ago I posted about the issue in an Apple Discussion board here. Nothing else, and the issue didn't start back up until I installed the Wacom drivers onto the new machine again. The iMac I have my Cintiq currently connected to is a brand new machine one week old with a fresh install of 10.14 Mojave so here is a complete list of what is installed beyond the standard OS install. ![]() The Wacom Driver is installed on both hence my concern with the tablet software. I also agree that since I am experiencing the issue on both computers that it is something installed on both. Maybe an Antivirus or a similar software that should generally only run in the background. Since you have the same issue in 2 computers, I suspect it can be something you have installed on both. ![]() Would love any help and/or feedback on this. One is connected to the 27" Cintiq Touch, the other an Intuos 4. The issue occurs on two separate Machines. Uninstall the driver and the issue goes away. Aside from rolling back to my Time Machine backup does anyone know of any alternatives (free or paid) that work in Mojave the same way BetterSnapTool did in. This happens when using the Wacom pen or even just a mouse. Ive been running MacOS Mojave since the public beta came out on my late 2013 rMBP and havent had many issues with it aside from my favorite utility (BetterSnapTool) is no longer working. Its incredibly distracting and slows down workflow quite a bit. I have to click back on the document and then carry on with what I was painting. Several times throughout the day when attempting to paint mid brush stroke the document I'm working on looses focus. While not that big of a deal when browsing it really effects the workflow when digitally painting. For instance when working in any program wether it be with image editing or even just an internet browser the front most active window will simply recede to the background as if you click/tapped on another window or the desktop etc. On Mac OS (Currently with Mojave but also exhibited behavior on High Sierra) the front most application window looses focus at random. plist (Apple, Inc.Anyone else confirm the following issue? Or ideally, offer a solution. If you want to mimic Windows behavior, BetterSnapTool is a great software I have been. I can't delete them, so how do I address this issue? Wanna try to build an install disk of macOS 10.14 Mojave beta. This file has to be downloaded directly from an external mirror. I ran a new etre check today and it looks like this. Simple & lightweight tool to easily move and resize windows. DESERT PROWESS Tested and proven to withstand the intense heat, coarse sand, loose gravel and intrusive dust that accompany unforgiving desert environments. I have a ridiculously long list of failed system launch daemons etc. By strategically managing and delivering power, Mojave conquers unpredictable surfaces like sand, gravel and loose dirt with confidence. So while I could be more attentive to closing down apps, I've had this work flow with several apps going for many years now, and I've never experienced the issues I'm having right now. I do use quite a lot of these apps simultaneously, in my work environment we co-work on documents stored on OneDrive and Dropbox, and I use Skype frequently to communicate at work. When I ran EtreCheck (see attached file) I found a large amount of failed system launch daemons, but I don't know how to fix that as I didn't manage to delete them (I get a message saying they can't be deleted because they are required by the operating system). Dropbox, OneDrive, SpiderOak running in the background. Usually running about 10-16 apps at the time (Word, PowerPoint, Mail, Calendar, Bookends, Timing, Nvalt, Scrivener, OmniOutliner, Teams, PDF Expert, Amphetamine, Keyboard Maestro, Alfred, Hazel, BetterSnapTool, Skype, 1Password, 2Do). Use pattern: I use my machine 7-14 hours a day depending on work, a bit less on the weekend. Word is particularly bad, and I ALWAYS get a lag/the beach ball when I use copy and paste This includes Microsoft Word, Mail, Scrivener and Nvalt. apps freezing and shutting down at regular intervals (happens several times a week and sometimes several times a day). I'm increasingly experiencing issues as follows: ![]() I did a clean install when I bought it, only copied a number of folders/files from sync services/external hard drive. ![]()
